What all-inclusive means
Every GKPhoto package includes the edited images and the right to print them. This page lists what is in the price and what is not.
Short answer
All-inclusive at GKPhoto means edited digital images and a print release, with the price listed before tax. It does not cover NC sales tax or travel beyond 10 miles from Apex. Add-ons such as extra outfits and rush delivery have their own prices. Each package states its own image count and session length.

What is in every price
Every session includes three things: edited digital images, a print release and delivery in a private online gallery. The images are full resolution and ready to download.
The number of edited images depends on the package. A Mini includes 10, a Signature family session about 30 or more, and a graduation Elite session 50. Headshots list retouched images, such as 2 for The Professional and 5 for The Personal Brand. The package table on each session page states its own count.
A print release means you may print the images anywhere and share them. The print release post explains it in plain words.

Travel is priced by distance from Apex. The first 10 miles are included.

What the word does not cover
Three things sit outside the listed price. Sales tax is added at checkout. Longer trips have their own fee, shown in your quote. And the retainer is part of your price, not an extra charge: 25 percent reserves the date, and the balance is due on the day.
The print store is also separate. Prints, canvas and albums are for reference and are not added to a session quote. Store prices are on the price list.
How to read a quote
- Find the package name and its price. That is the number before tax.
- Check the image count and the session length against the package table.
- Add the travel fee for your town, if there is one. The Wake County page lists the fee by town.
- Add any add-ons you chose, such as an extra outfit or rush delivery.
- Add NC sales tax to the total. The retainer is 25 percent of that total.

Frequently asked questions
What does all-inclusive mean at GKPhoto?
The session price covers the edited images, a print release and a private online gallery. You never pay again to get your own photos. Tax, longer trips and add-ons are separate lines in your quote.
Is NC sales tax included in the price?
No. Prices are listed before tax. NC sales tax is about 6.89 percent and is added automatically at checkout. The retainer is 25 percent of the total and reserves the date. The balance is due on the day of the session.
Do I pay extra for travel?
The first 10 miles from Apex are included. Ten to 25 miles adds $50, and 25 to 50 miles adds $100. Beyond 50 miles the fee is a custom quote. The fee for your town appears in your quote before you pay anything.
Can I print the photos anywhere?
Yes. Every session includes a print release, so you can use any lab or store, or the GKPhoto print store. The release is a permission to print and share. The photographer keeps the copyright. This is general information, not legal advice.
How many edited images do I get?
It is set per package. A family Mini includes 10, a graduation Classic 15, an athlete session 20 and a headshot Professional 2 retouched images. The price table on each session page lists the count for every package, so you know before you book.
