What this site collects
Short and plain. No tracking scripts, no cookies, and forms that email the studio only.
Short answer
The GKPhoto website collects only what you type into an inquiry, planner or capture form: your name, email, optional phone and date, and your message. It goes by email to the studio inbox. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Ask for your details to be removed by email.
What this site collects
When you send an inquiry, a planner capture form or a landing page form, the site collects:
- your name (optional on a planner form)
- your email address
- a phone number and a preferred date, if you give them
- your message
- the session type you chose
- a summary of the plan or quote you were looking at
- which page or tool you came from, and campaign tags such as utm_source if the address you followed carried them
- whether you ticked the box to hear first about mini-session dates
Nothing is collected until you press send. The planners and the quiz run in your browser, and what you choose in them is kept in the address of the page and, for a few tools, in your own browser storage. It is not sent to me unless you send it.
Why it is collected
I use it to reply to you, to plan the session and to see which pages lead to inquiries. If you tick the first-access box, I also use your email to tell you when new mini-session dates open. I do not sell or share your details.
What I do not do
I do not sell, rent or trade your details. I do not track you across sites, build profiles or show ads based on your visit. I add you to a mailing list only when you tick the box that asks for it, and the box is never ticked for you.
Who sees it
The form sends one email to studio@gkeyphoto.com. The web host runs the form handler and the email provider carries the message, so both handle it in transit. Gabe Key reads and answers it. The form does not email anyone else, and it does not send you an automatic reply.
Cookies, analytics and scripts
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking script, and it loads no script, font or stylesheet from another site. If that ever changes, this page will change first.
Other sites
Some links leave this site, for example the booking page and client galleries on Pixieset, the Google reviews page and map links. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and what you do there is between you and them.
Changes to this page
When this page changes, the date at the bottom changes with it. The planners, the quiz and the landing pages follow the same rules as the contact form.
Your choices
Email studio@gkeyphoto.com to see what I have, to correct it or to have it removed. If you need this site in another format, the accessibility statement says how to ask. If I send you an email about mini-session dates, reply with the word stop and I will take you off the list.
