Athlete sessions and game coverage need different plans. This guide covers both and the facts I need from you.
Short answer
For an athlete session, bring the full uniform, clean shoes and a casual outfit. For game coverage, send the date, the field, the team colors and the moments that matter. An Athlete Session takes about 45 minutes. Portraits arrive in 48 hours, and game coverage takes 2 to 3 weeks.
What to send
Send four facts: the date and start time, the field or venue, the team name and jersey colors, and the shots you cannot miss. Add a contact for the day. If you are a coach booking for a team, add the number of players and any deadline for the files.

For an athlete session
Bring a casual outfit for the second look. A session runs about 45 minutes, with a uniform look and a casual look. I direct each frame, so nobody needs to know how to pose.
Pick a time when the field is free and the light is soft. The timeline planner works back from sunset.
For game coverage
Game coverage runs up to 2 hours, with added time at the hourly rate. Tell me which players matter most. Tell me the field rules, such as where the sideline starts. If the game is at night, tell me whether the lights are on from the start.
Parents may stand near the sideline for the group photo. Ask the league if there is a rule about it.
After the session
Rush 24-hour delivery adds $100, for a banquet or a recruiting deadline. A print release comes with every session.

An Athlete Session is $225. Game and Action is $525 for up to 2 hours, with added hours at $275. Team and league rates are custom. Prices are before NC sales tax, and every package includes a print release.
