The Professional is $250 for 2 retouched images. The Personal Brand is $395 for 5. On-site team headshots are $150 per person, $1,200 for a half day or $2,200 for a full day. Prices are before tax, and the quote builder adds travel and tax for your exact total.
How much is the travel fee?
Travel is included within 10 miles of Apex: Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Morrisville and New Hill. Towns 10 to 25 miles away, such as Raleigh, Fuquay-Varina, Garner and Pittsboro, add $50. Towns 25 to 50 miles away, such as Durham, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Clayton, Knightdale, Rolesville, Wendell and Zebulon, add $100 and are by arrangement. Beyond 50 miles is a custom quote. The fee shows in your quote before you pay.
What do doctors wear for headshots?
Wear the attire your practice uses: a white coat, scrubs or business attire. Pick one for the whole group so the practice page looks like one team. Bring a casual top for social media. Press the coat the day before, and clean your glasses. The wardrobe guide has a checklist.
Can you photograph a whole practice in one visit?
Yes, at the team rates above. At 8 people, the half day and the per-person rate cost the same. Tell me the headcount and the room. I confirm the plan and the travel fee in writing before you book, and every session includes a print release.
Do you photograph inside a clinic?
Sessions happen on location, so a quiet room with a plain wall or a window with side light is enough. Choose a space where no patients or records appear in the frame. Ask your practice manager about the room and the time, and send me the details before you book.
